Classic Ausiris was established through the merger of Ausiris Co., Ltd. and Classic Gold Co., Ltd., which were key players in the gold and derivatives markets. The company's goal is to become a leading derivatives brokerage firm in Thailand. It was incorporated on December 16, 2008, and obtained a derivatives agent license and a derivatives advisory license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
